Saves and Apple services

Progress, inventory, journals, challenges, saves, recovery copies and settings stay on your device. Cloud-enabled features store progress, inventory and operation history in private Apple CloudKit, linked to cloud-account and game-profile identifiers. Active dives stay local. Optional iCloud file backups depend on the build.

StoreKit transaction records can include product and transaction identifiers, dates and environment information for inventory checks. Purchases remain in test mode. Apple handles its services under its privacy policy.

Usage, controls and sharing

Local daily counts cover play, controls, store and content activity. They stay on the device, or in browser storage for the standalone game, with no analytics identifier or upload service. Settings lets you clear or disable these counts; entries older than 90 days expire when accessed or updated.

Tilt uses motion briefly to steer, without storing or sending raw samples. No microphone, camera, contacts or location collection is present in the checked gameplay paths.

No ad SDK or external analytics SDK is active. Ads are planned for future builds. Game Center is currently off; when enabled, it uses Apple authentication and shares eligible scores and a nickname after you choose to connect.

Keeping and deleting data

Device records remain until removed or replaced by the save process. Exported files stay where you keep them. Removing the app or turning off backups does not erase existing cloud copies. Cloud recovery history is retained; cloud and purchase retention and cloud-deletion procedures are still being checked.

Contact and changes

Messages, reply addresses, device details, screenshots or requested save files help us respond through Zoho Mail. Share only what is needed, without passwords or payment details. Mailbox retention settings are still being checked.

The checked game code does not ask for a child's name, age or contact information. Age-rating and Kids Category details are still being checked. This notice changes when the game's services or data practices change.
